Billing
Private Pay: We accept private pay for our services. This means that you can pay directly out of pocket for the therapy sessions received. We accept check, cash, and credit card payments. Our rates are competitive and reflective of the expertise and specialized care provided by our speech-language pathologist.
Superbill Upon Request: For clients who wish to seek potential reimbursement from their insurance provider, we can provide a superbill upon request. A superbill is a detailed invoice that includes the necessary information required for insurance claims, such as diagnosis codes, procedure codes, and session dates. You can submit this superbill to your insurance company for possible reimbursement based on your policy coverage.
